We've dealt with Coldwell Banker as both buyers and sellers, and both experiences were nothing but positive. We had the same realtor both times and would definitely encourage anyone to call her. Lisa Humphries is a South Carolina native and offers a lot of knowledge on marketing, sales, offers, escrow, lending and closing. She gave us wonderful advice on selling our house in Simpsonville. We had some issues during our sale and the staff, including the broker, stepped in on our behalf to settle it as quickly and painlessly as they could. On the buying end, Lisa kept in constant contact via email and phone and was able to find the house we wanted in no time.
