Staff was polite, professional, and respectful of our situation. They made the difficult time go more smoothly due to their efficiency. They were warm and friendly and offered condolences immediately. Our loss was not their financial gain. They worked out a payment plan and made things work out ok. They were there when my friends needed them the most.
