This lawyer was polite, professional, and friendly. He returned my phone calls promptly and gave me good sound legal advice regarding my case. He reviewed all of material and told me up front what he thought the sucess would be of the case if I decided to pursue the issue at hand. He gave me estimates on time and cost. He provided me with an outline of what I needed to do and what he expected from me as a client.
