I bought a used car from the dodge dealership in Monroeville a few years ago. The salesman I went through is no longer there. My main complaint is that I said I didn't want to pay over a certain amount. They worked everything out to be less than this amount and I bought my car. They pressured me (well actually my Grandma) into buying one of their expensive warranties. Then after I bought the car they called me up and said they'd made a mistake in calculating taxes and I had to pay $500 more (over the price I had agreed to). I fought it but they wouldn't give in and eventually I just gave up and paid it. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
