Review content:
If you love your animal(s) you will not take them to these heartless quacks. I took my 6 year old cat to this hospital for a routine checkup and general shots only. The staff were very rude. I was charged for services I did not request and ended up with a declawed cat. They claim there was a mishap and my cat awoke from sedation and struggled with a collar they had placed on her. During the struggle she caught her claw on something (?) and from there they had no choice but to remove the claw. Then they charged me for it! To make matters worse after this huge mess up they gave me pain medication for my pet, which was expired. The service and compassion at this office was nill. The doctor was rude and the staff was snooty. Not to mention they lied to me when I called during the afternoon to check on my pet (believing she was under sedation when in actuality she was being declawed - this was confirmed by the vet). Beware of this horrid place!!
