Don't take your car there. The mechanic was nice and even flirted with me offering me a discount on my oil change until he asked me what I wanted synthetic or regular. I told him I didn't know what was in there and that my husband is the one that usually changes the oil but doesn't have time because he's military and his training schedule is really hectic right now. His attitude completely change and then it was well since you don't have a coupon I have to charge you XXX which was double what he originally quoted me. So I went to get the manager and he said I could pay the first quoted price. Against my better judgment I left my car. When I picked it up not only had he not topped off the fluids as was stated on the paperwork but he claimed that I only had 1/2 qt oil in my engine and none in the filter and said my coolant was bone dry. Which he didn't bother to fill as stated on the paperwork. I know for a fact that this was not true when I dropped it off as we routinely check our fluid levels and had done so the night before when we filled the tank. We refilled our fluids and the antifreeze oozed out of the hoses where the clamps had clearly been loosened. My husband and I have both made several attempts to speak to the owner and he won't return our calls.
