This is a small shop tucked away on one of the side streets off of Market Street in downtown Portsmouth. (It's right next to the parking garage - a plus!) There is not much room to move around once you're inside, but the owner manages to pack an amazing amount of quality yarns into the available space. I didn't see a huge amount of patterns or needles, but there was an adequate display that should meet everyday knitting needs. I got great service when I was there - I was left alone to browse at will, but friendly help was immediately ready when I had a question. The prices are certainly reasonable. Even better, the owner has a discount card program - when you spend $200, you receive $20 worth of free merchandise. I noticed that she also holds special seasonal sales, i.e., Super Bowl Sunday sale.
