Magnussen's Lexus of Fremont gave me an excellent car purchasing experience of which I had never encountered. Let me start by saying Giovanni approached me before I could enter the show room. I explained I was interested in a rare color Truffle Mica. He checked on the color and they had it in stock. Unfortunately, after seeing the interior I changed my mind on the color; however, I opted for another interior color and thus leading me to my car Smoky. In the showroom I was offered all the amenities a dealership should offer. I did my homework and knew exactly what price I wanted to pay for my car. Let me just say that John the finance manger, and Gio the sales representative made my car a reality. I honestly enjoyed my whole car buying experience. This is my first car and I have heard the horror stories over and over. Fortunately, I do not have a horror story to tell, I have a fairytale ending. I have to say everyone I have come into contact at the dealership has been more than accommodating. I wished all experiences in life could be this easy. Thank you John and Gio; the two of you are so awesome and it was all my pleasure
