Good: My past experience was very good, however I never brought shoes back before, and THAT experience was frustrating, disappointing, and surprising. Customer Service: once you've taken your shoes out of the store, and brought them back, is nil.. Bad: I didn't like the Customer Service when I brought my shoes back. I bought 2 pairs of shoes for $272.65. One pair - New Balance sneakers, and Munro Black Fabric dress shoes..I went to NYC the next day, wore the shoes for six blocks, and had to get back to the apartment because the shoes were killing me, changed shoes and went out for the evening. The next morning I looked at the shoes, they were 10 !/2 Narrow. Didn't want the narrow - wanted the Regular: I'd been given the wrong shoes in the first place.. Improvements: Would like them to apologize, which Bev, the saleslady and owner ( I found out later) never did. She said the shoes were worn ( only six blocks). She never addressed the fact I might have been given the wrong shoes. She didn't seem to take any responsibility for the wrong shoes being given to me.. Other: Bev didn't address anything I said. She replied in the plural to my questions, "most people this, most people that, if I had gotten them in regular, the shoes would be too big, etc. She insinuated I should have tried them on
first, and it was my fault. I fully believed I had the correct shoes, the next day I was on a 4:30 am flight and in good faith I believed I had the right shoes- I didn't. Whatever they tried, didn't work. My heels were coming out of the shoes-I still have the shoes I can't wear..
