This woman is a nightmare! This business is un professional, manipulative, and dishonest. Do NOT make the mistake that I did and get locked into a contract with her. The opening comment on their voice mail pretty much tells you the level of their customer service. . ."If you are locked out of your unit . . ..CALL A LOCKSMITH!!!." While this was never my issue, it certainly makes it clear, that as your property manager, they are not here to help you in any way. I have had 5 encounters with this woman and NOT ONE of them was pleasant. She cannot be trusted.
