I purchased a gift card for my wife a long time ago knowing she wouldn't be able to use it right away due to us having a new baby. When she called them to discuss her time frame of use they explained that every year that goes by you loose something like 10-15 dollars but that they would honor the gift card. She called them a couple of days ago ready to make a visit and inquired what the balance on the gift card was. They placed her on hold for several minutes and came back on the phone and stated that they are not going to honor the gift card and stated that they removed the balance from it. Cloud 9 STOLE $75.00 from me. It's outright theft on their side. Even if they tried to offer her something I would have been pleased, but they were blunt and uncaring about it. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this business. While they make look "pretty" on the outside it certainly doesn't reflect their morale on the inside.
