I moved here from another state and searched through many salons in Troy until I finally found Special Effects. The front desk staff was professional and courteous. My stylist was very friendly and professional.
I finally found a stylist that actually listened to me and cut my hair just how I asked her to do it. And my color was gorgeous!! I couldn't be happier with this beautiful salon and will definately be going back! In my opinion, the best salon in Troy,OH!!
