Review content:
Some of their donuts are to die for. Some aren't that great. But if you try to just get the great ones in the "half dozen" pricing, they tell you that you must pick some of the plainer ones. In all my life, I've not had a donut shop tell me what donuts I am allowed to pick in my dozen. This is not a one-time thing.
Today I called to find out what kinds they had today so my daughter could pick for us and they just said "we're a bakery, we have all kinds." That's the kind of service you can expect.
Apple fritters are huge and incredible! But sometimes kind of burnt on top, so I ask for ones that are "not dark on top". I just tried the caramel rolls and they are great, too.
But they definitely do not bake everything everyday or keep items in stock as the day wears on. They bake once. Breads, cookies, muffins, donuts.
Bakery closes when the post office does...at 6.
