I was out of town and had my grand dad call me up for an emergency. A pipe or something was broken on my heating fixtures and the house flooded. I called the company that supplied my water heater but they didn't show up for 2 days. Not being sure what to do or who to call at this time, i turned to craigslist and made a search for "portland plumber" This guy and many others popped up and i called him up not knowing what i was getting into. What fascinated me in the first place was his attitude when i spoke with him. He shared in my problem and was willing to go out immediately to look at the job. In few minutes he called me from my house and it happened to be that the company i called 2 days earlier was there already. This man didn't feel offended at all that i wasted his time and he didn't charge for travel or time wasted. The owner of Portland Plumbing Plus is such a passionate man every business owner should emulate. Thanks man! Looking forward to doing more business with you.
