When we buy a new piece of property (which is quite often), we use Faye at Aspen Appraisals to get the job done. Many a loan has been done because Faye was quick at her job and got terrific comps for the appraisal. She is newer to the field, and not yet jaded like so many of the appraisors we have used in the past. She is friendly and helpful and tries her best to both please the customer and make sure she is turning in correct work. If you are buying or selling a home, call Faye at Aspen to do your appraisal work for you and I guarantee a good one.
