Businiess name:  Terry Abner Salon

Review content:
Making such critical remarks about a very young stylist in training says so much about a reviewer of a salon. Maybe this person just doesn't realize that it is exactly what she suggested. A young person, who is in training, learning about how to conduct themselves professionally, how to relate to people, how to please people, is not always going to get it right at the beginning. It takes a lot of practice to know how to pace one's self, how to make sure you are saying the appropriate things, how to guage different people's personalitites. It also takes a while to understand that you just can't please everyone all the time. As far as the receptionist goes, I know both of the receptionists very well, and neither one is rude in any way! Sometimes, though, someone can get a misperception due to unusual circumstances...I think that is the situation in this case. It is unfortunate.
