For our wedding reception we ordered a sit-down dinner. Well it took 2 hours to serve, and they started an hour late. The food wasn't anything like what we had at our tasting. They ran out of beer an hour in. Servers were grumpy, bartender disapeared for 30 mins, and they tried serving guests dirty used forks for cake. They have been through two caterers in the past year! Do not trust them. They promise the moon and you get a flash light.
