Unbelievably high pressure sales presentation. 5 hours till I got the price out of him (do you consider that upfront?). Great products but you will pay 2 to 3 times the average price for like kind materials. (or more). If you want the best, and can pay for it, go with them. But be ready for a sales pitch of epic proportions and please do not object or ask for time to consider it or you will be in for quite a demonstration of some of the highest pressure and sleazy sales tactics known to mankind!
