I'm a sushi lover and eat sushi almost every week. I can confidently say that they serve very fresh and high quality fish. Every single pieces of fish just melted in my mouth. I've been to so many other sushi restaurants but Kyoto can be one of the top three. Although I live in Everett, I try to go there at least once a month. I was never disappointed. My favorite is their sashimi platter(s,m,l) and mackeral shiyoaki. I know some places just dip their mackeral in the deep frier but this place actually grills the fish which makes a huge difference in taste. I'd highly recommend Kyoto to any sushi lovers out there!!!!
