Ignore the star above~ I give zero star
I went in to have a fill and a pedi..I was mistreated. The gal Lisa doing my pedi nicked me 5 times and as I pulled away she sucked her teeth and was annoyed at me moving my foot away from her nicking me, she did not apologize not once. Also I was wondering if putting the pumice bar and the brush she scrubbed my feet with was sanitary from the person before me because she put them in my water after she used them on me. I was really turned off by that. I did not get my feet rubbed, she slathered greese on my legs and feet then threw a hot towel on my legs. She was very rude! After she was done she was getting her station prepared for me to go get my fill, the little girl that was with her mom was sitting in Lisa's station..sitting by her mom, like most kids do. Lisa told her to move, not excuse me can you take a set over there, needless to say that customer was also a first time customer who like me will not be returning. I know why they are in this business and that is to make money, I don't blame them. But you would think they would want their first time customer to keep coming back. Now here is my experience with Kevin, he was very kind. He finished what Lisa started. By the way I don't think either one of them have alot of experience because it took both of them a very very long time to do my fill and there is a dip on my nail bed where there was not enough acrylic gel added. I was there from 4:15 to 6:15 that is way too long. There were customer leaving because they didn't want to wait. I am not positive on the sanitary factor, I am really questioning if I seen Lisa clean the pedi station after me or before the next customer. I am too sure. So a word to the wise...Kevin was very nice, Lisa was very rude and the work was below standard. I don't know about you but I prefer to spend my money where I am treated with respect and kindness and I want my nails to look good also I don't want to question the integrity of the business.
