I have to say I was really impressed with your shop and the treatment I got there. In particular JD was incredibly helpful-- from the first time we talked on the phone to the moment I walked out the door, he was very informative and encouraging and just gave me a good feeling about working with you guys. Everyone else I spoke with definitely made me feel like there was a full team at work for me, so I'd just like to say thanks for the experience! Looking forward, Thomas?
