I am so disapointed in the Dunwwody Salon Smart -Style the manager is rude and unprofessional. Walmart Smart- Style salon use to have great stylist but everytime I go in there which is not too frequently and I get accustome to a stylist they quit. My stylist use to be a Great stylist by the name of Sparkle, she was friendly caring and was so good with my little girls hair she knew how to cut some hair. I have no idea where she is or why she left and wish I had kept her number and when I ask the manager why she was not working there any longer or where is that stylist she acts unconcerned stating she did not know where she was or how to contact her. A month ago I went into Smart- Style Salon to have my daughters hair cut the Manager at the Dunwoody Walmart Salon cut my daughters hair and mess it up so I instisted she gave me my money back. She the manager claim she can only Redo the hair not refund my money. After telling her over and over again I did not want her to touch my daughters hair or re-do the cut that I only want my money back she told me that was my only option. I left the salon in rage , called your office number after taking it off the wall in the salon, only to hear an answering machine and for me calling your office to complain is like calling the white house no one ever picks up. Dunwoody Smart- Style Salon will never see my business again nor my families and they should get rid of that manager she is not people friendly nor professional.
