1 block walk to train, 39 min commute to nyc, rooftop deck, lounge/bar, parking garage, luxe condo/apts for rent or buy, even a rent to buy option w/i 1st year with 15% of rent paid applied to purchase...need I say more? Majority of 1 and 2 bedroom units are standard with a handful of upgraded units available featuring wood floors, granite kitchen/bath, ALL SS GE Profile Appliances/chic lobby/washer/dryer in unit/high-rise bldg....standard 1 bed $1250/Upgraded 1 bed $1450/Standard 2 bed$1600 and up. If you can find an available upgraded one bed, it is worth every penny for the additional $200 month rent....
