Neal and his crew did a great job. You know when everything is going well its easy to smile. Well the guys stepped on my white carpet with red dust from the wood and it stained it. He tried cleaning once and it didnt come up. I thought he was just going to take some money off and go about his way, but he replaced the carpet for me!!! Thats right moved the furniture and took care of it without even a peep from me. I know mistakes happen and I was going to live with it but to go to that measure to see a customer happy is unheard of. The floors look great, they feel great, your crew is top notch. I cant thank you enough for everything you did. It puts my faith back into "contractors". I am happy to recommend him to anyone!!! Thanks NEAL
