I regret the day I signed on Brock to do my deck. He promised us everything and more but alas we made the mistake of paying him upfront since he moaned and whined about being broke.
Well - that was all he wanted apparently. He just half finished the deck and stained it halfway and whenever we try calling up he promises to finish it within a week but of course has some fantastic excuse lined up.
In all my years I have never met anyone so unscrupulous and dishonest and such a huge liar and cheat. I now have to engage another contractor to finish up the work and we are suing My Brock for the amount the contractor charges us.
So please - you folks out there - dont make the same mistake we did and get yourself an honest person to do your work.
