My sister got me a gift certificate from the spa inside this health club. I got a 30min massage and it was great. The massage therapist used hot stones, aroma therapy, and targeted my pain areas well. I enjoyed the experience at that time, however the next day I was in a lot of pain. I guess the lady was a little to rough, I had an ache so bad on my right shoulder for a week. Besides that, the place was great and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would suggest is to let the therapist know how strong to massage you. Otherwise it was good.
