I have always had tightness, stiffness, and pain in my upper back and neck, and nothing has ever really eased the pain. I used to beg my boyfriend to rub my shoulders all the time, and he finally cut me off, and said go get a massage! So today I got my first massage ever from Riana at Balance and Harmony. I found their website through City Search, and read all about the different massages and treatments they do. Then I booked an appointment online. It was so easy and convenient.
I was a little nervous going in, afraid that I might say or do something stupid, but she was so warm and friendly, and explained everything to me. She told me to tell her if anything hurt or if I needed more pressure, but she is so intuitive, I didn't have to say a word, it was like she just knew. I felt like my massage was customized, just for me. It was truly great. I highly recommend Riana.
Pros: Online Appt. Scheduling, Relaxing and Comfortable Environment, Great Website, Several massage offerings with detailed descriptions.
Cons: Had a little trouble finding the building because I'm not familiar with that area
