Review content:
Beware of Scott Holloway. It took over 2 years for him to complete our wedding album! TWO YEARS!!! He comes across as professional and polished with an impressive portfolio, but don't believe it...he is an unorganized disaster. After our wedding, we didn't hear from Scott for a couple months so we tried to get in touch with him to figure out the status of our album and the pictures we ordered. We'd moved out of the state so couldn't visit his office in person. We called and emailed Scott for a full year with zero responses before he picked up the phone one day. He apologized profusely for his unresponsiveness, said that he had been really busy, and promised that he would put us at the top of his priority list and finish our album in two weeks. Needless to say, two weeks came and went with no album. After 2 months of emailing and calling again, he responded to an email with this: "I sincerely apologize for just getting back in touch with you. The only excuse I have is my business is doing very well and past jobs many times get pushed to the side...I will be sending your print order and album within the next two weeks." Of course, this was again a lie. After another 2 months, we finally had to hire a lawyer to try to get our money back. This finally got his attention, and he sprung into action and completed our album 10 months after our lawyer contacted him. Total time: 2 years and 2 months of absolute frustration. Thanks a lot Scott. Pros: creative, artistic Cons: unresponsive, disrespectful
