From the second you walk, you are greeted by the receptionist and the familiar smell of Aveda. I have never had to wait for my stylist, which shows an attention to detail and time management skills. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The salon is clean, well organized, and parking is never an issue! I moved here in June 2008, and was looking for a new stylist. I drove by Dan Tera, and walked in to set up an appointment. I wanted to try it out and make an educated guess. Lacy had an early morning slot for me to get a hair cut, highlights, and styled. I am half black and half white, and look about 15 years younger than my actual age, so I wanted to have an age appropriate style. Lacy quickly figured out the texture of my hair. When it was all said and done, I looked stunning. My hair was straight and the exact color and cut as I requested. The prices are relatively reasonable. Nearly a year later I had broke my arm and could not wash my hair. When I called they asked me if I was happy with Lacy, with no mention of her name from me. The following day I went in for my appointment and Lacy not only remembered my hair history (probably in a computer) but she remembered details of my previous visit over a year prior. I have since gone in one to two times a week to get my hair washed and styled, and it is by far the one thing I do since my injury that I look forward to the most. Lacy continues to impress me with her skills and I have found a stylist and spa that exceeds every expectation. If you have not already visited Dan Tera I highly reccomend you do, and ask for Lacy!!
