1st of all the sales man said it was about 5200 lbs he was off by 7000 lbs then he said it would be there on the 2ndwhich was done by a hand shake , i should have known now a day handshakes do not mean anything! our stuff was not brought on that day, i was told that conversation with salesmen never happened hmmm funny!. it got there on the tenth and i did not get my weight till 4 days after they had my stuff after many calls to them and no phone calls back! And no one can tell me why! but after talking to the vice pres he did give me 10 percent off my bill witch was doubled from my quote i really wish they were up front with me cause their prices are not bad i do have broken stuff and i,am waiting for the ins to call me so we will see how this part of the ordeal is handled.
