I called them back in March because my purse was stolen with my house keys in it and didn't feel safe having two small babies and knowing someone has my keys. I said I needed to change 4 locks and asked for a quote. The dispatcher was kind and honest enough to let me know that I don't necessarily have to replace the locks because they can re-key them for me for much less than the cost of new locks. From that moment I felt they're not trying to rip me off and I liked it a lot.
Needless to say that the locksmith who came to my house was quick, kind and did a great job! Thanks guys!
