Have you ever met a lawyer who wasn't a shark? I have. And his name is J.P. Fernandes. JP helped me to negotiate an option agreement for my house that saved me thousands of dollars and was much better than anything my realtor suggested. No one has ever been so diligent about protecting my interest as JP. His fees are very reasonable and affordable, and he keeps in touch with me so that I know what is going on. Though he specializes in small business law, I asked him for help with a real estate contract -- he was happy to oblige and obviously extremely competent, since, as I mentioned before, the contract he drafted ended up saving me thousands of dollars. I would recommend JP to anyone and will certainly turn to him any time I need a lawyer's counsel.
