About 3 yrs ago we moved from NY, NY. , Into our new home in Novato. I fly frequently for business reasons. I book my reservation online 15-20 days in advance of my flight and I was hesitant from previous experiences with other companies and book my reservation for early time. I was not sure what to expect. The night before my flight, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from them reminding me for my pickup time for the next dya. The driver came early and patiently waited outside the vehicle for me to come out. He did not honk nor knock at the door. He also helped me with my luggage. He was very polite, courteous and nicely dressed. The ride was pleasant and relaxing with easy driving and he had to stop for two other pickups on the way to SFO. We all had fabulous time during the voyage and nice chatting. The fare was unbeatable only $40.00. Just before SFO Fare was I got email receipt from them on my BB. Everything was very smooth and easy won't ever take a taxi or town car to SFO or Oakland Inter Airport,. Since then we been their loyal customers again! Thanks MDTD, keep up the good work . :)
