I want to All Tune & Lube on a recommendation from a friend. I wasn't sure what to expect going there, but I was thinking I might get the same old 'national chain' service. This was not the case. The shop feels more like an independently owned one, and the staff actually talks to you and makes you feel at home. I went in for an oil change, and they had me in and out of there in 17 minutes, including taking my payment. They also recommended some service that I had to do, but also SHOWED me the parts that had worn out under the car. They explained why it occurred, and what causes these types of issues. No mechanic has ever taken the time to do that. They explained the time-line in which I should get my repairs done, & what was a priority. I was very impressed by this, and now take both of my cars there. I've recommended All Tune & Lube to my family and friends, and they too are satisfied. Usually in the service industry you can get 2 of 3: Good, Fast or Cheap. At All Tune & Lube you get all three! Very surprised & satisfied- and a customer for life. Thanks guys!
