Review content:
I use chipotle as the flavor standard. We ate at Cazadores last night and want good quality food. Salsa was very tame but good until I mixed it with my dinner. I then could only taste a blend of metal and unseasoned tomato puree. Pico de gallo was much, much better. Guacamole was wonderful.
Service was lightning fast especially considering how busy they were! Prices are excellent! I ordered carne asada that had 0 flavor in the meat. Wife ordered chicken faheda, it was good but only due to the grilled onions. It also had mushrooms! Why? That was a first and was very odd. Ground beef is used as the standard beef filler (not a reflection of respect in my view) but steak and shredded is on the menu but not listed in the "build your own" section, to bad.
I'm sure Cincinnati does not like hot spice, it's not me but I get that. That does not mean all flavor must go out the door with it. I would call the lack of flavor to that of a nursing home, I wish it was not.
Pros: very popular
Cons: flavor profile is close to that for old folks
