Review content:
I took up snowboarding last year and needed to buy everything from the snowboard to the riding gear. Al though I did some on line researching of the necessary equipment, and had some idea of what to look for, I still did not know everything. When I walked into Fat Trax, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable gentleman who helped me decide which board and accessories would be good for me. He had me try several different boards and bindings, and the Manager, who is a petite woman such as myself, even came over and helped me find the perfect boots for someone my size and shape. They even through in a lock and helmet for free. They gave me great tips on ski resorts, lessons, and maintaining my board. They spent well over two hours helping me, and were absolutely wonderful the whole time. When I went home I compared their prices to other stores, and found that I had gotten a great deal!
