Brought my daughther there and wanted her hair blonde she is a darker blonde and she wanted it alot lighter. When we left it looked ok for a week or so you could see some stands of blonde highlights then the orange stuck out more than anything, it looked horrible. I have a busy work schedule and work night shift, have a small baby and a husband who is sick so tring to get in is really hard for me. I made an appt. for a Thursday and ended up changing it to Friday when my daugher had a half day, I called to confirm my appt. for Friday and they did not have it, I spoke with the manager/owner and expressed how upset I was that they wouldn't refund me and they didn't have my appt. down, I had a babysitter lined up for that time, she stated to me that "this conversation was making her sick" those were her exact words. I went in with a different hair dresser and the girl who did my hair a few times before completely ignored me the whole time I was there. Rude people, bad service and would not recommed this place to anyone!!
