Review content:
Unhappy with cut,will take till the end of the summer to grow out. Color poor. There were 3 bulbs burned out at the station I was at, also station had hair wads and lots of dust. The stylist laughed this off. When I stated I could not determine the color she put in my hair, she said casually, " I need to get around to changing those bulbs", nervous laughter. My stylist was lazy, not the cleanest and did not utilize her time well. It took 2 hours to put a straight color in. I was hoping while I was being processed she would have cleaned this nasty station. she chose to sit next to me and stare. So I had to try to entertain her when all I wanted to do was relax.
Who ever is in charge needs to supervise their stylists and the filthy working conditions.
Will not go back. If the place is not bothered by hair wads, dust and no bulbs my hair and needs are worth much either. Just money for them and heart ache for me.
Pros: great receptionist, good coffee
Cons: bad hair stylist, bad hair cut, bad color
