I came from a very large practice. was unsure how I would get appointments or speak to someone in an office that had only one doctor. I was and still am shocked how they do it! I do have to bend with appointmnet times, understanding that they are a one-doctor practice, they cant be there 24-7, there is a doctor on -call always if, Dr. Cawley is not.its been worth it. personal attention and care really means a lot. No machine when you call in. The staff of 4, thats including the doctor! really know how to schedule appointments so they are not over-whelmed, nor a bunch of children wating in the waiting room. The staff of nurses are wonderful and knowlegeable. usually, its been the same nurse that takes the kids back, and 2 front desk people. They are very up-front with situations ex: the doctor is running late, they are booked for that day, but get me in the very next, the nurse is running behind. The office is always clean. I really could go on and on-give them a chance, you wont be disappointed.
