Review content:
Mike put the waste products from the dry wall job and his lunch trash in the walls of my house, between the drywall. The left over pieces of drywall compressed the insulation on the exterior walls lowering their R factor. When I remodel, the waste prevents me from running pipes or wires in the walls unless I remove the wall board and its contents and reinstall wallboard. When I replaced my tub, I took out 3 trash cans full of debri. I decided to leave it in the living room because I could'nt get it out. It's in the closets, bedrooms and behind every wall in the house. Several of the electrical boxes had the romex wires damaged from a cutting tool. And several electrical boxes were cut so large they had to be patched and spakeled. I did all the repair work myself. He took the check and ran. Never saw him again.
