Review content:
I recently had occasion to accompany a friend to her vet because she was considering putting her dog down and did not want to be alone. Not having pets of my own, I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, however, at the level of compassion shown by Dr. Chapman to my friend. I could tell he really felt what she was going through. He was very sympathetic and down-to-earth in giving my friend her pet's options. Both she and her dog seemed quite comfortable with him and I know she trusts his judgment when it comes to her pet. Dr. Chapman offered my friend some alternatives to putting her dog down and she seemed very relieved. I would recommend Philadelphia Animal Hospital and, specifically, Dr. Chapman, to anyone I know who is in need of a good veternarian. He's exactly the kind of doctor you'd want treating your best friend! Pros: Down-to-earth, compassionate, knowledgeable, Cons: None
