Review content:
First thing in the morning on a Saturday. In our jammies, in the cold rain. The neighbor we'd given a spare key somehow lost it. The first locksmith we called got lost and took well over an hour to arrive, and he couldn't get in. He tried for 10 seconds and then told us he should call someone with more lock-picking experience. We decided to ask him to leave and called another locksmith.
This time we got it right. We called First Security & Key Services and told them the situation. They sent a locksmith who arrived in 20 minutes and it took him all of 30 seconds to get into our home.
First Security & Key Services will be our locksmith from now on, and we've given their info to all our neighbors (as well as extra keys, because standing in the rain for hours on a Saturday morning isn't my idea of a good time.)
