If you need a quick oil change and don't use your dealer's service center, Jiffy Lube is the place to go.
I will be honest and say that I no longer use Jiffy Lube, but only because I now use my dealership's service center (still under warranty).
This Jiffy Lube rose above my expectations on the very first visit. Like all Jiffy Lubes, this one on Fort Henry Drive is no differrent in that you simply drive up with no appointment necessary. This is particularly convenient for someone like myself with no concept of time when it comes to keeping appointments and is chronically running late. :)
Beyond the intial convenience, I was truly surprised at how quickly the services are performed there. Most times I would be in and out within 20 minutes or so. The service techs are very knowledgable and courteous, something I had not been accustomed to previously when dealing with auto service.
Each time they took a moment to answer any questions I had (without seeming annoyed or rushed), explained the service they were performing, offered additional services (yes, a sales pitch, but not a pushy one), and several times even took me to the service floor during the service to answer questions or show me any part or procedure I was curious about.
They even check and top off all fluids under the hood and throw in an interior vacuum and car wash to boot.
All of this comes with courteous service and an extremely reasonable price. It has been awhile since my last visit, but I am thinking between $20 and $30 total for everyting, and often you can find current coupons or promotions.
