I am a home owner who needed the services of George Botticelli but the problem is that I was in Florida and he is in New York. I used him once before and was "conned" by a truly superior and well practiced con-man.
This time I called him to do emergency work for a renter of that same home. I specifically told him "do not sanitize the system" and he did. I also told him not to speak to the renter, a young and very inexperienced person and he did just that.
I lost the lease, a sale of $500,000 to a host of lies that he told my renter. The truth is that the problem could be and was fixed by a professional. George felt it necessary to tell the tenant that the problem was recurring and could not be fixed. He was wrong.
Prior to contacting him I told the renter that George would try and sell her every service imaginable and he did. But he still could keep his mouth shut.
I am considering a lawsuit if the renter will agree to testify.
