Arlene is a fantastic stylist. Very professional and creative, always listens to you before cutting anything! Don't be fooled by the outside of the shop! It's small, but as a result you get lots of personal attention -- not like those uber-trendy salons where one person washes your hair, another colors it, and yet another cuts it. I'm always offered water or coffee when I come in, the staff is very friendly and approachable. Nobody else at the salon has cut my hair, so I can't speak for the other stylists, but I highly recommend Arlene...she's the owner of the salon.
Pros: Creative, Professional, Accommodating, Personal
Cons: Outside of the building doesn't do the quality of the salon justice!
