I had a very poor haircut at another upscale salon in Shelby Twp. 2 weeks prior . I had 2 parties this Sat., and couldn't go with such a poor haircut. My husband & kids even commented on how sad my hair looked. I called being Salon Sat. morning,, and Arlene graciously gave me an appt. for Sat. afternoon. She took her time talking to me, saw the problem with my cut immediately, ( never criticizing the other person's work), and diligently set to work fixing the problem, asking questions as she worked about what I wanted, commenting about what needed to be done. Very professional, GREAT CUT AND STYLE! And in a great looking salon. Thank you, being Salon!
