Review content:
on june 16 my child asked the asst. mgr. if they had any fathers day cards left from sunday.
the assistant mgr. told her that the cards had been packed away.
my child said okay and started to leave when under her breath the assistant mgr. torted try being responsible. i find this very uncalled for, if this woman needed to be rude she should have waited for her intended victim to be out of hearing range. it's always best to say nothing at all if you can't say anything nice.
my daughter called me to tell me what had happened, so i decided to call and talk to the owner or manager. the only person i could talk to was the assistant mgr. i told her about the problem she had caused. i said i would come and talk to her and her superior and she became angry and told me she would have the police come if i tried to talk to her and her boss. i waited until wednesday and called the manager, but she insisted that her employee would never be rude to anyone and then claimed that i had infact physically threatened the assistant manager. i feel that this would never would have happened if bev still worked at the store. i do not like the fact that this woman would lie and be able to continue to wait on the public and be rude. eventually this will catch up with her and maybe her next victim will not be as nice.
although it appears she only subjects children to her sour remarks. as for the manager, i hope the owner has better judgement for choosing her or his employees. simply because someone has worked for the store for many years does not mean they have the right to ridecule the customers. most customers will not say anything when mistreated, they just don't come back. that will be the case for my family.
