We recently had Kris and his crews handle a rather large remodeling project for us. They did our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and installed all new flooring for us.
We had some idea of what we wanted to do. But, we did not have an architect or designer. When Kris came out to our house to look at the project he was VERY knowledgeable and offered many suggestions. He basically designed the entire kitchen and master bathrooms and brought us 3D designs of all the rooms when he delivered the Proposal.
His prices were reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we received, plus his design and presentation were fantastic! So, we hired him.
They started when he said they would and worked everyday (literally) until the job was complete. There were only a couple minor issues that came up once the kitchen was gutted out. But, Kris was right there to explain the situation and offer us alternate options and there were no major delays.
The project was finished without too much disruption to our household.
We had never hired a contractor for this large of a project before and I must say that we were very satisfied with everything and will definitely hire them again for any future projects.
