Review content:
I gto a hair cut that was not at all what i asked for. I was very specific in asking for "the same exact haircut I got last time" from the exact same stylist only 6 weeks earlier and for whatever reason the stylist put 5 different length layers in ym hair when there were ZERO layers the first time.
I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, willing to give that stylist another chance to make it right.
They canceled. I rescheduled again and when soemone from the salon called me to cancel AGAIN, I INSISTED that soemone fix my hair becasue I hated it. It was totally different.
They reluctantly agreed, then when I showed up, the owner refused to cut my hair, said there was nothng he could do to fix it, told me to wait 2 months to let it grow out.
I told him that when I spend $150 on a haircut I expect to be able to walk away happy. I can get an answer like "wait for it to grow" from a $20 haircut in a strip mall salon.
I was severely disappointed at his adamant refusal to do anyhting to try to make it better.
Do not waste your time or money.
