I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback about Alex Boddie. He is a Superstar! Not only did he get my pest issue immediately contained but he provided top-notch customer service.
Alex came to my house twice this week; first to identify/block where pests were getting in and then to provide decontamination service. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his work methods which has resulted in me feeling like I have my house "back" again.
Even more importantly, he was timely, courteous, and professional. If any of my friends need this kind of service, I will direct them your way and Alex is the reason why. He is a true asset to your company.
